Hotels have become more localised over the years and the studio ensures that the design is lead not only by the architecture but also the history of the location and existing neighbourhood quirks.

Infusing the hotel brand is also of great importance, so that although the guest can experience an interior unique to it’s location, they still very much feel that sense of comfort and familiarity that is expected from choosing a particular hotel brand.

Guests desire more flexibility within the guestrooms & shared spaces and we ensure that all areas are highly designed functionally and aesthetically.

The studio works closely with residential developers and consultant teams to optimise spaces and design incredibly beautiful interiors to maximise property desirability and value.

With extensive experience in luxury, mid-level and BTR schemes, we have a strong understanding of commercial budgets, ensuring that the interior design is tailored to the location and residents that will be residing in them.

The studio has over 20 years experience designing within the commercial sector and focuses on high-end office design. Previous clients that the team have worked for include; Google, Sky, Booking.com, Advent International LLP and Hewlett Packard.
